Let’s face it: bike enthusiasts all over the world love and enjoy attending expos, conventions, rallies, and other motorcycle events. And there is no doubt about it that these motorcycle events are extremely impressive and entertaining. You probably must have even seen these events on the TV and the way people get crazy when they see the shine of chrome and hear the hum of the engine.
Some of the most popular motorcycle expos and events in the nation include the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, Americade, Bikes, Blues and BBQ, Daytona Beach Bike Week, Laconia Motorcycle Week, Laughlin River Run, and of course the Love Ride. But today we will be discussing about a Motorcycle Expo which is demonstrating strong growth and that too only in its second year. And this event is none other than the American International Motorcycle Expo (AIMExpo)!
This annual motorcycle expo is where foreign rubber meets the US roads. While there is no comparison of the AIMExpo to the EICMA, it still was able to pull off quite an audience and has showed significant growth in its second year. People from all around the world attended the AIMExpo and loved the way this expo showcased a wide range of new bikes and accessories. The second annual AIMExpo was successful in drawing an increased number of media, consumers, trade attendees, and exhibitors.
And the Expo was also able to get more than 18,000 attendees from more than 50 countries, of which 241 were media personnel, 3,713 staff and exhibitors, 3,068 industry professionals and dealers, and 11,123 consumers. So, it is not surprising that people are already looking forward to the third annual AIMExpo which will begin on October 15th and continue till the 18th, 2015 in Orlando, Florida. For a little highlight on the second annual AIMExpo, let’s take a look at a few of the motorcycles which were showcased during the event:
